With the COVID public health orders ending in Saskatchewan we’d like to remind everyone that based on guidance from our governing college and SHA, masks will still be required in the clinic. Given the environment inherent to a Physio clinic masking is the best protection we have in keeping everyone safe, aside from vaccinations of course. If you are unable or choose not to wear a mask other treatment options will be offered. We will continue to screen for symptoms and household close contacts on entering the facility. If you have concerns about our continued masking policy please contact Mitch McInnes at the clinic. Please do not give the front office staff any grief regarding this policy. As with all employees in every industry, this is not their policy or rule. Disrespect or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated at the clinic.
With the changing rules and regulations regarding the COVID 19 pandemic set out by the Saskatchewan Government and Saskatchewan Health Authority it's difficult to know when you should reschedule your appointment.
In an attempt to keep our staff, other patients, and our families safe please see the following updates to our clinic policies:
Please Reschedule your appointment if you have any symptom associated with the COVID 19 virus (sore throat, cough, runny nose, fever, excessive abnormal fatigue) regardless of your vaccination status or negative rapid test results
Please reschedule your appointment if you have a household close contact. To clarify, if someone who is not a household member informs you that you were a close contact in the recent past (within last 5 days) but both parties were wearing a mask and you are vaccinated you are free to keep your appointment, assuming your rapid test results are negative and you are symptom free. If those conditions are not met we ask that you postpone your appointment 5 days from contact are symptom free and testing negative at the time of your appointment.
If the close contact is from a member of your household we ask you postpone your appointment until that member of the household is symptom free, testing negative, and at least 5 days from initial positive test.
We understand this can be confusing so please feel free to contact us at the clinic if you have any concerns.
Please see our Covid-19 policy update for current clinic policies and procedures.

He is a Fellow of the Canadian Advanced Manual Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and a senior instructor in the Orthopaedic Division Continued Education program, fulfilling a passion of teaching physiotherapists.
His main treatment focus is orthopaedics where he uses manual hands-on techniques to address biomechanical imbalances in combination with strength and conditioning. He also provides needling options to his treatments. He focuses on his patient’s goals and provides the education and tools for life-long health changes.
An avid trail runner, you’ll find Mitch on the lower trails of the Meewasin Valley with his pal Otis.
Jennifer Nadine and Katie are our front office staff, and the engine that keeps the clinic running (and most importantly keeps Mitch on task).
They’re the friendly voices you hear on the phone when you call and the smiling faces you see when you first enter the clinic.
We would be lost without them.
Otis is enrolled in our clinic therapy dog training program. He is always happy and has never met a person he doesn’t like immediately.
If you’re lucky enough to be there on a day he’s in, say hi and give him a few belly rubs!
